Résumé : Cet article est une contribution aux travaux sur la participation des acteurs internationaux dans la gouvernance de la pandémie du Coronavirus au Cameroun. Les acteurs sont des Etats, des acteurs hors souveraineté (acteurs transnationaux) qui préfèrent la stratégie du « donnant » à travers diverses actions et des organisations internationales. Cette étude vise à identifier les jeux de ces acteurs dans la gestion de la pandémie de Coronavirus au Cameroun. En mobilisant plusieurs variables, il en ressort que la communauté internationale a fait montre d’une solidarité manifeste au Cameroun dans sa gestion de la pandémie du Coronavirus. En effet, face à la propagation de la pandémie sur le sol camerounais, les acteurs internationaux ne sont pas restés muets. A ce propos, ils ont mobilisé une variété d’actions et interactions visant à soutenir le Cameroun à faire face à cette pandémie d’une virulence à nulle autre pareille.  Cette solidarité est multisectorielle et multiforme et se matérialise par l’assistance financière, médicale (fourniture des vaccins, matériels de dépistage, équipements de protection individuelle), logistique et aussi à travers l’appui technique.

Abstract : This article is a contribution to the work on the participation of international actors in the governance of the Coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon. The actors are either States, or non-sovereign actors (transnational actors) who prefer the “giving” strategy through various actions, or international organizations. This study aims to identify the games of these actors in the management of the Coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon. By mobilizing several variables, it emerges that the international community has shown clear solidarity with Cameroon in its management of the Coronavirus pandemic. Indeed, faced with the spread of the pandemic on Cameroonian soil, international actors have not remained silent. In this regard, they mobilized a variety of actions and interactions aimed at supporting Cameroon in facing this pandemic of virulence like no other. This solidarity is multi-sectoral and multifaceted and takes the form of financial, medical (provision of vaccines, screening materials, personal protective equipment), logistical assistance and also through technical support.
