Leur ampleur et leur tendance \u00e0 s\u2019enraciner dans les march\u00e9s publics camerounais requi\u00e8rent de la part des autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales, des politiques plus efficaces en guise de prophylaxie.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Mots cl\u00e9s : Cameroun, D\u00e9viance, March\u00e9 public, R\u00e9cidive, R\u00e9forme.<\/b><\/p><p><strong> Abstract<\/strong> :In Cameroon, despite the reforms introduced in public procurement in 2012, deviations have tended to recur, leading to the conclusion that the reforms have not yielded results. This study offers some keys to understanding these deviations that contribute to the inefficiency of public procurement in Cameroon. Socially constructed, these deviations are the product of interactions between individual and collective actors, and are sustained by intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
