L\u2019on tente de d\u00e9montrer que l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouveaux enjeux s\u00e9curitaires comme le terrorisme, quand il concerne les pays en d\u00e9veloppement pose souvent beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes quant \u00e0 son \u00e9radication, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9tant que la plupart de ces \u00c9tats sont des \u00c9tats fragiles, d\u2019autres traversant une profonde crise politique, sociale et\/ou \u00e9conomique, certains encore se remettant de conflits le cas de la RCA, de la RDC, de Burundi. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019appr\u00e9hender la capacit\u00e9 de la CEEAC face la question du terrorisme en Afrique Centrale en pr\u00e9sentant les actions perceptibles de cette communaut\u00e9.<\/p><p><b>Mots cl\u00e9s : CEEAC &#8211; S\u00e9curit\u00e9 collective &#8211; Terrorisme<\/b>.<\/p><p><strong> Abstract<\/strong> :The major challenge in the fight against terrorism lies in the effective management of security by ECCAS by equipping itself with a capacity for deterrence, anticipation and management of conflicts, acts of banditry and terrorist threats. We attempt to demonstrate that the emergence of new security issues such as terrorism, when it concerns developing countries, often poses many problems in terms of its eradication, the reality being that most of these States are fragile States, others going through a deep political, social and\/or economic crisis, some still recovering from conflicts, the case of the CAR, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi.
