Elle parvient \u00e0 confirmer l\u201fid\u00e9e selon laquelle, le projet de la BRI qui repr\u00e9sente le soft power chinois \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, est devenu un axe majeur de la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re chinoise dans un monde fragment\u00e9, o\u00f9 la tendance est \u00e0 l\u201f\u00e9rosion du leadership am\u00e9ricain et la \u00ab bagarre multipolaire \u00bb est engag\u00e9e. Les actions men\u00e9es par la Chine dans le cadre de ce projet construisent d\u00e8s lors son identit\u00e9 de r\u00f4le en tant que puissance responsable et h\u00e9g\u00e9monique, tant sur le plan r\u00e9gional que mondial. Ce projet se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tout d\u201fabord comme un pilier de la puissance chinoise, ensuite pose la Chine en grand acteur de la mondialisation, enfin la positionne d\u00e9sormais comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le monde en la pla\u00e7ant au centre des interactions avec un r\u00e9seau de pays partenaires le plus large possible.<\/p><p>Mots-cl\u00e9s : Chine, construction, leadership, Route, Soie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong> Abstract<\/strong> : Considering China as a &#8220;conquering People&#8217;s Republic&#8221;, especially since the new millennium, this study aims to analyse the New Silk Roads initiative from the perspective of building China&#8217;s international leadership. It confirms the idea that the BRI project, which represents Chinese soft power on a large scale, has become a major axis of Chinese foreign policy in a fragmented world, where the trend is towards the erosion of American leadership and the beginning of a new &#8220;multipolar struggle&#8221;. The actions undertaken by China as part of this project are therefore building its role identity as a responsible and hegemonic power, both regionally and globally.
