Résumé : Il y a au cœur de la mobilisation des principaux acteurs internationaux et locaux aux côtés des Etats du Bassin du Lac Tchad dans le cadre de la lutte contre Boko Haram, la problématique des enjeux. Au sens de la perspective méthodologique de l’interaction stratégique, à travers plusieurs actions et plans d’actions qui constituent ainsi leurs enjeux manifestes, ces acteurs somme toute stratèges défendent au mieux ce qu’ils perçoivent êtres leurs intérêts. Ces intérêts ou enjeux latents déterminent plus les acteurs qui ne semblent plus se soucier de l’éradication du terrorisme qui parait pourtant être l’une des questions urgentes pour la stabilité de cette partie du continent africain en proie à plusieurs menaces sécuritaires et environnementales. La lutte contre Boko Haram dans le Bassin du Lac Tchad ne devient donc rien d’autre qu’un terrain où se déroule un jeu aux enjeux manifestes et latents des acteurs qui ne se déploient pas nécessairement dans le but de faire finir les exactions des terroristes.

 Abstract : The mobilization of international actors alongside the States of the Lake Chad Basin in the context of the fight against Boko Haram and in the sense of the methodological perspective of strategic interaction is certain through several actions and action plans which thus constitute their obvious issues. However, these are the justifications or the scenes set by these actors who are, after all, strategists to best defend what they perceive to be their interests. These latent interests or issues further determine the actors who no longer seem to care about the eradication of terrorism. The fight against Boko Haram in the Lake Chad Basin therefore becomes nothing other than a field where a game takes place with manifest and latent stakes of the actors who are not necessarily deployed with the aim of putting an end to the abuses of the terrorists.
